'Martyn came to re-cable The Hearing Care Centre computers in March of (2009). I arranged for three companies to quote for the work but Martyn was successful simply from the thoroughness he applied to evaluating the system and its potential problems. Instead of standing in the middle of a room with a clipboard he crawled around under the desks, looked at the backs of cupboards and generally gave me the impression of competence and attention to detail. He carried out the work quickly and thoroughly, with the minimum disturbance to the running of the practice. In conversation I discovered that his talents are not limited to re-cabling and would consider calling him in if we need any aspect of the computers looked at.'
